1978 Clos Du Val, Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has complex aromas of varnished wood, very earthy. It is easy drinking, with slight bitterness that is balanced successfully by the acid. It has a smooth entry, but ends with a slightly rougher finish. Flavor is reminiscent of raisins.... more
